How Are You Able To Get Such Large Discounts? We do large volumes of negotiations everyday with gives us the opportunity to get large volume discounts We are experts in negotiating with builders because we understand how they work. Builders want to play ball with us because they understand that if they do a good job, in the future they will potentially get a lot more business.

Do You Operate Australia Wide? Yes, we do. We can help you where ever you are located in Australia.

Why Would You Do This For Free And Who Pays You?We do not do it for Free. We do not charge you! Whatever we save you in building costs, we will then receive that back from the builder and in turn take out our fees and pass the rest back to you.

How much do you get paid? There is no fixed amount. The average cash back is approx $15,370 but this depends on the price of what you are building. We only get a cash back from the Builder on completion of your building being completed. Once this happens we request that the Builder gives the cash back within 14 days of settlement. What will it cost to do all this for me? Nothing. You will not pay one extra cent to have us to act as your Negotiator in the negotiation of your building costs. There are absolutely no charges, fees or hidden costs whatsoever. The builder whom you choose will pay us the Cash  Back that we have saved for you and we will then pass the majority of that cash back to you. When Do I Get My Cash Back?Usually within 14 days of your business settling. We ask the Builders to pay your Cash Back within 14 days of final payment.

Why Would Builders Give Me Cash Back? We understand the way Builders work. They would rather get your work with a lower fee than not get the work at all. Also because we give hundreds of referrals per year this gives us a lot more bargaining power on your behalf as they would like to get more referrals from us in the future.
 
What If An Builder Does Not Want To Give Me A Cash Back? We would suggest that you find another Builder.If an Agent does not want to give you a Cash Back, this is telling you something about them. Good Builders understand this system and use it all the time.

What Advantages Do You Have When Negotiating Compared To Other People?

By Negotiating The Price, Will It Compromise Quality? No, not from our experience. If anything using our service will make them work harder to get a good result for you. They understand that if they do a good job then they may get more work in the future. They also understand that if they do a bad job the likely hood is that they will not get any future business.

Who Chooses The Builder? You can choose an Builder yourself. If you do choose an Builder yourself, we would request that you have not already spoken to or dealt with them already because this can make it difficult for us to negotiate your Cash Back. If you have done this, we can still negotiate with the Builder, it will just take a little more time. 

How Many Builders Will You Talk To For Me? As many as it takes. If you are not happy with the Builders we have spoken to, we will keep negotiating with the Builders until you are.

Is Your Company Affiliated With Any Building Firm? No, we are an Independent Company.

Do Builders Like Your Service?Yes, in most cases. Good Experienced Builders understand our referral system and embrace it. Also, because we get feedback from our clients about the Builder, the good competent ones like this because they understand that if they do a good job, they will get more business from us in the future. The Bad Builders do not like what we do because we save the client money and also put them under scrutiny.

Can You Do The Plans For Me? Yes, we do it for Free if you use a builder that we find for you and that you have approved.
